Delicious food!!! Eaten here many times.

Everytime I visit, I have such a nice experience at Water Tower Grille. I always get such good service and the staff here makes you feel at home. They have magnificent wing sauce selections!! The dragons breath is not for the faint of heart but its worth a try! I really enjoy the cayenne sauce! It's my personal fave. Tonight I had the chicken salad sandwich on the pretzel roll and it was absolutely fabulous. The grapes, pecans and green onions are a lovely touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!! By the way, finally tried the chocolate cake tonight and it is terrible if you can't tell by the photo. Dont eat it because I will be happy to eat it and save everyone else's taste buds ;) LOL

Just moved in the area great food!

This place is great. The jalapeno bottle caps and the fried catfish are always perfect. The garlic parmesan wings are my go to on their all you can eat wing nights (that they have twice a week!). Plus the waiters are very friendly, the most awesome being Seth, who is always there to greet my family with a smile and speedy service!

Amazing place and great food!!! The staff is amazing and the owners really care about their employees and customers. The owners have a real thing going and should consider expanding so other people can enjoy what the people in adairsville and surrounding area do. One of the best resteraunts I have been too in awhile. Great job and keep up the good work Water Tower Grille!!!

My husband and I visited The Water Tower Grille as we were driving through Georgia. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server was amiable, and she gave us recommendations that hit the spot. We ordered two appetizers, which came out quickly and were very tasty; make sure to get the pretzel bites. For lunch, I had the shrimp and oyster po-boy, and my husband had the fish and grits. Wow, both dishes were super yummy!! My po-boy had a ton of shrimp and oysters, and the house sauce was perfect. The only change I would make would be to add a little mayo on the bread. My husband’s fish and grits were even better. The fish was seasoned well and was very crispy, and the grits were smooth and delicious. If you get a chance, definitely check this place out!

Hawaiian burger and catfish sandwich were very good, oinion rings and fried okra very good and not greasy. Nice beer menu.

Was very good food and our waitress Ashley was extremely good to our group of about 15!!

My wife and I visited here last night. Took a few minutes for the staff to notice us and get us seated. Seemed like forever before our waitress even came to get our drink order. She finally showed up right as we were about to get up to leave. Food was very cold when we received it(good but cold). I really wish I could have given Water tower a five and help support an old friend but I just can't. Matt if you read this please address these issues. My wife and I agreed we will give it another try in the future.

This place is awesome! I had the over easy burger and strawberry salad and they were absolutely delicious. The tables, chairs and decor is all very elegant. It seemed like a lot of people like to drink beer here. I just had water but noticed they have a good selection of beers on tap and a pretty stocked bar. Got the feeling it was like the bar Cheers as everyone seemed to know everyone including the staff. The wings look amazing too with a nice selection of flavors. Will definitely be back.

Food was really good, comfort food that had well developed flavors. Service was top notch, and it had a nice atmosphere as well. A lot more than I was expecting when we pulled in.

Always has a friendly atmosphere. Food is great! The mushroom Swiss burger is out of this world. The bartenders are always outgoing. Love this place.. highly recommended it.

Ivie is the best server I've had in a while!!! Everyone always has a smile on their faces and the food is awesome!!! Order the Cat Daddy it's the best!!!!

Very good burgers-just the right amount of char outside and juicy inside. Fries also very good. Onion rings for appetizer could have cooked a minute or so longer. Good selection of beer. Overall, a great experience.

Eat quite often with family and always had a good experience. Tonight opted for the prime rib, oh my goodness, best cut of prime rib that I have ever had and that includes Houston’s, Steak and Ale, and Chops. Management assured me, that the prime rib is always like this..fantastic job!!!!!! In the words of The Terminator, “I’ll be back”😂😂🤗👍🏻

My wife and I had dinner there last night. The food and service were both great. I used to tease there were three really good places to eat in Adairsville. Calhoun, Rome or Cartersville. LOL Now there are definitely four! If you haven't eaten at The Water Tower Grille, I encourage you to do so soon! This has definitely made our rotation.

Workers have no idea what’s going on. Have no idea about wait times, called 3 different times and got told 15 minutes once, 35 minutes once, and then an hour. I don’t mind waiting but atleast know what’s going on as a business. So disorganized and disappointing, wish i had better things to say.

If for no other reason, Seth made our experience awesome! My wife and I took a short trip to get away for our anniversary. This place had the best reviews in a small town. The food was good, drinks good, Seth helped us to make good decisions on both. Just an incredibly personable guy that loves his job and his customers. We will be back.

It's a great local restaurant with very friendly staff; we especially love the bartender, Ashley. They have a nice selection of craft beers. For starters, the pretzels with beer cheese and onion rings are always favorites. Many flavors of wings, burgers and salads are available. Monday nights they have trivia night where you can win restaurant credit. Overall, if in Adairsville I would recommend eating here.

We happened to stop here on our way home to Toronto from Florida in March, and we won't soon forget the delicious food, cozy atmosphere and friendly service. We will go out of our way to stop here again one day. My husband loved the craft beer selection and the kids and I savoured the food. What a pleasant surprise and hidden gem!

We visited Barnsley Resort Beer Garden for music. The menu was limited. So we Googled restaurants near us. WTG came up and received good reviews. So glad we tried it! The Prime Rib, Fried Catfish & sides were excellent! Service was great untill servers wouldn't bring our bill or to go box after asking several people. Maybe they didn't want us to leave? Nice staff, great food, lots of menu selections, they have bar seating as well (open to restaurant), easy parking. Definitely will return if in the area!

Having just moved to the area my wife & I have been looking for good places to eat and this place was phenominal! Seth our waiter was amazing. Truly a man who makes it his mission for you to have the best experience possible. Our food arrived hot and tasted very fresh. My wife and I both had burgers and they were excellent. Pricing was good for the quality of the food. We will be regular patrons here for sure. Thanks Seth!

Just finished the best prime rib I have ever had. The peppery crust just made it. All staff very friendly and attentive. Ashley took very good care of us. Wish we weren’t just driving through to home in Chicago. I definitely would be a regular if I lived closer.

Great crab cakes baked oysters with jalapenos and blackend grouper. Highly recommended

They went out of their way to make a changing place for our little one. Plus the service was superb and food was delicious!

My favorite local restaurant by far! The management and staff always aim to please and make me feel right at home. The food is amazing!!!!!

The food and the service was very good however when I got the bill there was a charge for the ranch dressing my wife asked for. I was told it's more expensive than the tarter sauce I requested. I have never been charged extra for a dressing or a condiment before. It just messed up an otherwise good dinner. It's not the 25 cents it's just the principal of it. Kinda like charging extra for mayo for a burger.
